Returns and Exchanges

We guarantee the freshness of all our merchandise. Inspect your order upon arrival; claims for unsatisfactory items must be made within 24 hours and before any consumption or disposal. Keep all original packaging for returns. A return authorization code will be issued for valid claims, without which returns are not accepted. In the event of an accepted claim, we will promptly reship the merchandise.

Gift Orders
We offer gift cards and wrapping services for any item. You can store gift recipient addresses in your account for future reference, and edit this information anytime.

Gift Cards and Certificates

  • Gift cards are limited to 150 characters.

  • Paper gift certificates can be redeemed through our website or catalog. Please provide a credit card number and mail in your certificate within 14 days of order. Full or exceeding certificate value must be redeemed.
     

Shipping
Charges

  • Perishable products are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight ($35 per address). Additional charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

  • Semi-perishable products can be shipped via FedEx Second Day ($23) or Third Day ($19).

  • Non-perishable products have multiple FedEx options, including Ground shipping ($15).

  • Manhattan deliveries are $20 per address.

  • Saturday delivery is available for $50 per address.
     

Delivery Requirements

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

  • A signature is required for delivery. You can opt for no-signature delivery at checkout.

  • Orders must be placed before 1:45 PM EST for next-day delivery. Changes or cancellations require a minimum 2-day notice.
     

Order Details

  • A daytime phone number is necessary for delivery.

  • Out-of-stock items may be substituted with equal or greater value items.

  • Orders for next-day delivery must be received by 1:45 PM EST.
