  • 8 ounces of your favorite long pasta (such as linguine or spaghetti)

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

  • 2 ounces Caviar Supreme

  • Lemon slices and additional dill for garnish


  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain, reserving a cup of pasta water.

  2. In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Presentation: Toss the cooked pasta back into the pot with the lemon zest, lemon juice, and dill, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a light sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
